My Recipe: Making Eggy Bread
· 50 ml double cream
· 50 ml milk
· 2 eggs
· ground cinnamon
· 2 slices of bread
· 15 g of butter
. Salt
.Pepper
Steps:
1. Put both eggs, the milk and cream into the large bowl and whisk briefly.
2. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and cinnamon and whisk once more to combine.
3. Place the frying pan on a medium heat.
4. Add the butter and allow to melt.
5. Dip the bread into the egg mix, coating both sides.
6. Place them into the frying pan and fry for 1.5 minutes on both sides and remove.
7. Serve hot for breakfast and enjoy!

My Recipe: Making Chocolate Brownies
· Caster sugar
· Soft butter
· Plain chocolate drops
· Vanilla extract
· 3 large eggs
· Plain flour
. Chopped walnuts
Step 1: Prepare
Grease the side of the tin by rubbing with a kitchen towel dipped in a little soft butter.
Line with a square of baking parchment.
Turn on the oven, and set it to 160 degrees Celsius.
Step 2: Chocolate & Butter
Fill the saucepan with a little water, and sit a heat proof bowl on top.
Cut the butter up into small pieces. Place them in the bowl and add the chocolate.
Step 3: Heat
Put the saucepan over a low heat.
Step 4: Cool
Stir gently the butter with a wooden spoon.
Turn off the heat, remove the bowl from the pan and leave it to cool.
Step 5: Eggs, Sugar, Vanilla
Put the 3 eggs, 250 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into a large bowl.
Whisk together.
Step 6: Add chocolate
Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
Step 7: Add remaining ingredients
Add 110 grams of plain flour.
Add 150g chopped walnuts.
Step 8: Bake
Put the mixture in a tin and smooth the top over evenly.
Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 9: Cool
Remove the chocolate brownies from the oven.
Leave to cool in the tin for at least 30 minutes.
Step 10: Serve the chocolate brownies
Cut into squares with a sharp knife.
Transfer the chocolate brownies to a serving plate.

My Recipe: Making Cheese Omelet
· Beaten eggs
· Grated cheese
· Melted butter
· Salt
· Pepper
· Parsley
Steps:
1. Place the frying pan over medium heat.
2. Brush the frying pan with melted butter.
3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
4. Stir the eggs until eggs start to set.
5. Add cheese to the middle of the omelette.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Fold the omelette up and slide onto a plate.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve
